Hello everyone, I hope you all are having a wonderful day! To help start off the summer, I thought I would share with you all some June self-care ideas along with some tips. With the warm weather approaching us fast and the start of summer vacation, this time of year means that most of us can relax and focus on ourselves.


Pamper yourself

  • Have a day to celebrate you!

  • Treat yourself to some good skincare and relax your mind.


Read a new book

  • There are so many great books to read and many that are trending.

  • Sit down and enjoy a good book!


Start a garden

  • Grow some delicious vegetables and fruits.

  • Have fun trying new recipes with the produce you've grown yourself.


Boost your energy and stay hydrated

  • Keeping hydrated this summer is key!

  • Give your water a fruity taste with these water recipe ideas


Catch up with friends

  • Enjoy a night out with friends or get together to have some lunch and enjoy each other's company.


Go out for ice cream

  • Spend a late night at an ice cream shop--- an all-time favorite of mine!


Have a picnic

  • Such a fun and relaxing way to enjoy summer!

Binge-watch your favorite tv show or a new one

  • A great way to relax and catch up on your favorites.


Make a summer playlist

  • Make a go-to summer playlist to use on road trips or anything!

Spend the day at the beach

  • Have a relaxing time at the beach by watching the waves and enjoying your time outside.


Do a deep clean

  • Clean out an area in your home or clean up something you've been wanting to do for a while.


Get summer nails

  • Have some fun and experiment with something new.


Explore a town or city

  • Explore a town or city where you live and go and be a tourist for a day.


Start a summer hobby

  • Start something new and enjoy yourself this summer.


Update your skincare routine

  • Make s shift from winter skincare to summer skincare by updating with some new products.


Have a social media detox day

  • Spend an entire day away from screens and focus on yourself instead.
